Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Silver Stag Tech for the use of Did It Work.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Did It Work ("the Service"), a cron and job monitoring service operated by Silver Stag Tech ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Did It Work. By creating an account or using the Service you are entering into a contract with Silver Stag Tech and agree to these terms.

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, payment, invoicing, and related buyer terms. Their buyer terms apply to the purchase transaction alongside these terms.

1. Acceptance

By continuing to access or use the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and ingest keys confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. You retain ownership of the data you send to the Service.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

6. Fees, subscriptions, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Paddle. You can hold multiple packages; the total is the sum of the packages on your subscription. Renewal, payment, tax, and billing frequency are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see Paddle's buyer terms. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service where there is:

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
